Monday morning stupidity OFFTOP

One of the reasons I'm around LL so much is that I hate my job and am actively seeking new employment. In Portland, this is a long process, and you have to have patience. I submitted a resume for a job about six weeks ago, and as with most resume submissions, I expected nothing to come of it.

Fast forward to last Thursday, when I get an email from this company saying "when would be a good time for us to talk with you?" On Friday, I had a phone screen with the HR department, at which time it was decided I would have a proper phone interview with the hiring manager on Monday, which is today. So we found a good time, agreed on it, and went on about our days, and I felt pretty good about it.

So I get pretty excited over the course of the weekend - new job! Good job! Perfect location! Good pay! There's no downside to this! I get ready this morning, get out the door, and get to work. As I'm walking across the parking lot, I realize something.

I FORGOT MY DAMN PHONE AT THE HOUSE THIS MORNING.

Of all days to be stupid, I pick today. Awesome. At least I drove and didn't bike today so I can go back and get it once traffic dies down, but still.

So today's question is a simple one. What's the dumbest work-related thing you've done in the last few months?
