Then you see a game where Cliff Lee pitches and we score runs,

and it’s hard to believe this team isn’t going to the world series. Amazing what sample sizes of 1 will do.

That has happend one time, and we only scored 5 runs..

Can’t say I’ve felt at any time like this team is going to the playoffs.

I did.

After we won 7 of 8 against decent Oakland and Detroit clubs. Did not see what was coming at all. Probably should’ve though.

So seeing as how these

games count in the standings and what not can that please be the last I see of our March 20th lineup?

Every time RRS sucks, it feels like a friend of mine is failing.

Hard work never killed nobody, but I won't take my chances.

Fixing DH Griffey/Sweeney Is the only problem

Sure other things need fixing and would improve the team, but they all pale compared to the DH black hole. The players may revere Griffey for his accomplishments, but they have got to see they are going nowhere as long as the painful goodbye tour continues. It’s hard to root for a team that shoots itself in the foot and keeps on shooting. Replace Griffey, they could still make the playoffs. Keep Griffey and fix some other things, they miss the playoffs.

This is why I love East Coast games

by the time I get home from work, it’s the 6th or 7th inning and I can tell whether I should watch the rest of the game or not.
