Didn't you say Tui was good within the last day and a half?
I can't resist clicking "Rec" when I see a post with four recs already.
Snell didn't throw a pithc in the strikezone that entire AB.

I had to submit my CC for some reason
To get it to work again (not for this game since I’m in Ms viewing area but for others).

Is it official then?
We add -dawg to the end of the names of our bad players?

Stop hitting these weak little grounders

I hate having professional hitters who can't square up 88 mph fastballs down the heart of the plate
M's fan in the Bay, soon to be LA
Kotchman has gone back to hitting groundballs.
When he was hitting the ball hard he was hitting line drives. I was hopeful but I’m losing faith in his “renaissance” or whatever.

I would make a napping joke if it wasn't already a dead meme.
Is that the light at the end of the tunnel, or the headlights of an oncoming train?
I don't remember who it was that came up with it
But I’m all for that Griffey Napping in a Chair bobblehead.
According to a rudimentary guess of the strike zone,
Ian Snell has thrown 9 of his 33 pitches in the zone
So, did you know the AL East is a tough division?
I just gleaned this astonishing insight from Sims and Blowers.
Probably thought it was a foul or HR
Scott is lazy and didn’t want to run if he didn’t have to.

Sean White's warming up
Now sounds like a good idea
Their rotation is hilarious
But somehow good?
by Cantu Easley Winn on May 12, 2010 6:17 PM PDT up reply actions
I honestly have no idea.
But Ryan Zimmerman is awesome and I imagine it’s hilarious watching Adam Dunn play the field. Also STRASBURG.
I can never root for our rivals.
I hate them so.
I got stuck on them winter 2008, before they were good.
I’ve had Longoria mancrush, and Joe Maddon is my friend’s uncle.
Yesterday's closed captioning referred to him as 'More Cake Us'
Either way, we come out ahead.
Dave: Did you like those uniforms Mike?
Mike: Which ones?
Dave: (The ones I’ve been talking about for the last 5 minutes.) Green ones!
Look at the bright side
if we are going to score 5 runs in 3 innings on anyone, it’s going to be the Orioles.

by Cantu Easley Winn on May 12, 2010 6:49 PM PDT reply actions
That was a pretty decent at bat actually.
Didn’t work out but thats ok. Lopez has convinced me again that he might be good.
Another one of our unlucky players this year.
How valuable would he be if he can start hitting again?
That's my grammar
So his BABIP on GB and FB mean nothiong?
I thought we already knew his power was fake.
That's my grammar
They do mean something
but without power and without walks he is completely awful.
by Jeff Sullivan on May 12, 2010 6:59 PM PDT up reply actions
I know he isn't going to hit for power or walk.
But how valuable would he be if he could get his wOBA back up to .325?
That's my grammar
Pretty valuable, although that would require power and walks
by Jeff Sullivan on May 12, 2010 7:04 PM PDT up reply actions
He has done it the past two years without walks.
I don’t know how to calculate his power going completely out though. Something for me to think about while we lose a bunch of games.
That's my grammar
Power is wOBAs most important component

"Warning track outs" or "warning track flyballs"?
Warning track outs: 2.
Warning track flyballs: 5.
And they don't play it for him in Philadelphia.
And, as expected, just a year after they thought he was the greatest player in the history of baseball, Philadelphia really really hates Raul. Best fans in sports, and the only thing I hate about living here.
Wak's pitching all the stars of the bullpen tonight.

I will give you one million dollars if you go for a walk and return with 800 menus of restaurants that you visited on said walk.
There are at least 4,600 restaurants in the greater Seattle area.
Seeing as how I quite routinely walk 4-6 miles recreationally, are you quite certain you would like to keep this offer on the table?
