Cliff Lee is so happy and normal looking.
That or the years in Cleveland have caused him to finally snap and now he’s a full on psycho.
I'm trying to decide if pitch-face is more exciting than 7-layer bean dip.
I keep going back and forth. On one hand, you have truly hilarious faces made by grown men who make millions of dollars.. and on the other hand, you have beans, sour cream, guacamole, tomatoes, cheese, olives and green chiles.
God dammit, I hate being conflicted.
Hahahahaha!
David Aardsma isn’t even looking at the plate and I burst out laughing when I saw the Mariah Carey one.
You got slurved!
If I could rec this five times, I would.

You can, but that would require unreccing it four times.

That would require ten total clicks and this I cannot muster.

It looks funnier imagining his elbow as his shoulder.
Almost as if he was from Ethiopia or some other malnourished country.
I caught one of those while I was fishing last weekend.

Dickey's pitch face is still my favorite

I cannot believe I forgot this one
Dickey is the guy who got me to notice Pitch Face in the first place.

I love Dickey pitch face
It’s my favorite. Bedard overbite is in second place.
~I once gave Jose Canseco $15. ~
There was an Ubaldo Jimenez one on the front page of MLB.com at one point last year
If anyone by some miracle has a screenshot of it that would be amazing – by far the best one I’ve ever seen. He looked like an alien/velociraptor

Pitch face is very similar to a phenomenon in the music world
Drum face.
~I once gave Jose Canseco $15. ~
Which, in turn, is quite similar to O-face.

Okay, nevermind

Don't you mean
Guitar Face?
(Oh wait, you’re a drummer, right?)
Yes
Guitar face is in a whole other category.
Then again, all of it looks like the person involved is having a stroke.

This looks eerily like
every other Chewbacca face. And what the hell is Leia doing there?

Want to start a huge ruckus? Just say these words in a crowded room...any crowded room:

Here are some I could find:

Right now I'm dreaming of Carl Crawford. Maybe next year...(or this year at the trade deadline)...
That Moyer shot is awesome...
looks like he left his dentures in the clubhouse.
by Jer Bear on Mar 4, 2010 6:22 PM PST up reply actions 1 recs
I used to say that there were times you could tell exactly what Moyer was going to look like as an old man.
not ever expecting he’d hang around long enough to show us what he’d look like as an old man.

His Gabby Hayes face, I like to call it
His photo for the All-Star Game advertisements was an awesome example
Placido Polanco:

Not even a pitcher (but look at that face!)…
Right now I'm dreaming of Carl Crawford. Maybe next year...(or this year at the trade deadline)...
Polanco has convex temples
I think they’re creepy
Both he and Jim Leyritz
I always expect them to begin throbbing, like that race on on ST:TOS
by msb on Mar 5, 2010 6:39 AM PST up reply actions
Every one of the faces
looks like either:
A) They are taking a huge dump; or
B) They are about to stab someone.
And in the case of Bartolo Colon, both.

It's Mary Carey (L) and Megan Hauserman (R).
Possibly the two dumbest human beings on the planet.
Still nice boobies.
I had to explain just why I started laughing in the Borghese gallery lo these many years ago
and just what pitch-face was…. though I didn’t call it that at the time.
by msb on Mar 4, 2010 8:57 PM PST up reply actions
You'll notice that there are two kinds of pitch-face ... lips sucked in, lips pushed out.
Fassero was always a lips out guy.

Washburn's is the worst looking
It makes me think of equal parts (a) kids who have to wear helmets wherever they go and (b) banjos

I used to love baseball cards with pitch face as a kid
It was better than a ‘limited series’ card done in sepia with elegant fonts or something like that.
I liked to think they were the pitchers that shrugged off photo sessions for the card companies, and in retaliation card companies said, “Make that asshole’s card pitch face.”
I hate Brain Wilson

Racer X. You have to love those amarillo hops.
p.s. fuck you angels
Now that I'm home...
these pictures doesn't do him justice

but watching schilling pitch in slow mo has always been hilarious. his face fat shifts in the middle of his delivery and it leaves you with a haunting image of a fat ghost that can hurl baseballs.
I can't imagine David Wells doesn't have a hilarious pitch face.
I mean, it wouldn’t be hard to believe he has a Pitch Stomach.
Hard work never killed nobody, but I won't take my chances.
His stomach looks like a face is trying to escape, like when Frank got sewn into the couch in It's Always Sunny
