LL Podcast
AHHHHHHHHHHHH It's a podcast!
Topics this time include Cliff Lee's treatment (wherein I likely botch some details), the Mariners schedule in April, the starting lineup's predicted home run totals and lots of other things.
We dealt with some spotty internet service in this one so if/when you notice some buffering-type stutters, that is not actually one of us. We're not, like, robots. Also, I have been working with noise gates for the processing, so hopefully all the feedback issues should be resolved. Technology is wonderful once you figure out how to get it to do what you want it to do.

Re: PRP
It sounds a lot like blood doping, which is illegal for runners. (For those that don’t know, blood doping is taking out some of your blood at the beginning of the season and freezing it, then training like normal while your body makes more blood, then thawing your blood and injecting it back into yourself before an important competition, hence you have a bunch of extra blood and can run faster.) The reason it is illegal is because if you do it incorrectly (for example, by not making it the right temperature before re-injecting it) you could die.
So this is probably why some people might think badly of the “experimental” PRP.
It's not the same at all
The amount of blood they take to enrich is pretty small from what I’ve heard, and it’s not removed for a long period of time. It’s also not injected into the blood stream, it is just injected locally around the wound. For example, with some necrotic snake bites or brown recluse bites, sometimes cavities in the flesh can develop that are very difficult for the body to heal naturally. That’s one thing they’re using this procedure to help with, as they can simply fill in the cavity with this platelet enriched plasma and the wound will heal much, much more quickly.

A poll I would like to see:
How many HRs will the Mariners hit this year?
When there's polls like the one you mention about if the Bavasi move was good, what's the point?
If you know one answer is right and clear to everyone, why poll?
We like to find out what percentage of you are retarded

Judging by the last poll, 1%.
Now with more lemon bars!

11 MINUTES
11 MINUTES on till the Mariners play the ultimate April Fools day joke ever on its fans, and of course inspired by “The Kid.” Jack Z and Don Wak. will hold a emergency conference at 12:01 AM informing reporters that Cliff Lee’s arm was amputated in a freak kabuki accident with Ichiro!. And that he will never be able to pitch a game in his life.
After being asked why Ichiro! and Lee of all people be performing Kabuki at the local theatre, Ichiro! only responce is that his private life should remain privite and that he would have to ask his dog permission if its ok for him to tell the story. As the media sits there in awe Cliff lee and Ken Griffey Jr walk in saying that the whole thing was a prank, and not only that they have been trolling us the whole time and Cliff Lee’s arm is in perfect shape and Lee will be ready to pitch the day after Felix.
I'd be more worried about the people voting 160-200
since it’s not clearly dicking around people might actually be serious about it
