MLB TV Premium/ 1 yr for $19.95
I got this off of slickdeals.net. My card has been charged and it looks good. Lots of folks in the forums are able to watch old games already. If you need boxee help, I'll post what I can. But, for $20 for a year, I'm willing to take a risk.
Claims to need Boxee, but Boxee is a free download. Its good for the year! I got mine. Good luck.

That said, the deal does appear to be real. I just signed up and it seems to be getting along with Boxee just fine.
Will MLB TV show Mariners games to Seattle-area folks?
I seem to recall that it would not…or is there an easy way around it? Some proxy server or something?
By default it's blacked out.
People have used things like JAP in the past to get around it, but I don’t know if that still works.
I think it's been removed now...
And I’m curious if the $20 was the first month’s payment on a MONTHLY plan. Of course it will work right away – the question becomes how long does the account work for that $20? Do you get another $20 charge in a month?
Does the World Series trophy come with a plate of bacon?
I'm skeptical.
I moved back to Seattle in November and will wait until I go into the Army until I purchase MLB.TV again. But I love the product, and for $20… that’s a steal of a deal.
But I don't see it for $20.
There is a $20 off for trying SI magazine. Maybe it was a limited time promotion.
For those of you who managed to cash in on this
MLB.TV won’t be turning on Boxee streams until April, so there’s really no way of testing it until then.
I was hoping to tap into my Roku Streaming box with this...
But I’m guessing it’s Boxee only?

Hypothetically, of course, since I missed this deal...

Right...
I meant that the $20 deal only worked through Boxee (and wasn’t a general MLB.TV account).
