From whatever company supplies caps over there. I can’t say I’ve done a survey or even looked all that closely, but aren’t many of the NPB caps more rounded like that?

I liked the New Era ones alot more from before 2006. They were much less boxy, not quite as tall, and fitted my head, at least, much better (I'm in between sizes now).
