The Astros ownership has thought to heap more despair on their fans and decided to give Ed Wade a 2 year extension. I have no idea what they are thinking, Ed Wade is not good at roster construction as evidenced by Matthew and Jeff's slagging of them in the podcast. I would hate to be an Astro's fan right now, their equivalent of Bill Bavasi just got an extension. I would probably throw a flaming fit and send hate riddled emails to the team.
