Felix Presser Open Thread

It's on the Mariners website now. I'm not going to lie, when I saw his huge smile, I got a bit choked up, and when he said "I really just want to be here, I love playing here." I got a little misty-eyed. It seems like he really loves it here. As a presser I'm sure there won't be anything super interesting, but I figured I'd put up a spot to discuss it. FELIX! ...FELIX!!!!! WOOO!!!!!

It's just a weird question anyway because Felix has always been one of the most competitive and emotionally invested pitchers in baseball

Felix is such a kid.

He was like holding back laughter when answering every question, like he can’t even believe how awesome his life is, and how everybody was so stressed out.

It’s like he wanted to say “Do we even have to be here doing this, I was never going anywhere, let’s just play some baseball”
