Bob Engle to sign some kid out of El Salvador
Can't find any info on this Kevin Quintanilla character, but he's 17, right handed, and apparently about to sign with the M's.
Yay woo.
If anyone knows anything about him do share.

Signing international free agents is kindof like free draft picks, right?
In which case, woo! Maybe he’ll turn into something in 5 years?
Hard to say for sure
From this picture it looks more like he uses baseballs to call on Captain Planet

Here's some of the vague details I've been able to get from reading latin websites
-He’ll be 18 on May 21st.
-He’ll report later this month to the M’s facility in Venezuela and then Arizona after that.
-He can throw 90+ mph
-He’s very much a Christian

La Prensa Grafica has him averaging 88.9 mph with the fastball
with a good repertoire of pitches.

Aw, he's cute.
In a little brother kind of way, of course.
Did you fall in love with Miguel Batista? And he rejected you?

And apparently, he loves to do this:

I think it’s a change up.
I think he does this for a few seconds
and then uses his mind to propel the baseball toward home plate.

Why don't you slackers code a cap on it into the comment post routine?
And while you’re at it, world peace.

They probably don't have access.
I would wager that all of that is locked up in the SBN 2.0 framework.

If I had access to the code SBN would become a post-apocalyptic wasteland within a few hours
