Eh...
If he can throw 40% off speed and 70% strikes, he’ll get it. I’m gonna assume eight line drives was at least a bit of a fluke. Any way we can get a break down of the offspeed? Was it like 20% curves and 20% changes or what?

around 7 or so line drives, 5 XBH, and 70% strikes.
Not amazing, not jaw-dropping, but it’s progress and it’s really god damned welcome.

Yep.
Listening to Curto for most of the game, it sounded like he was pitching well, but getting hit not unlike Felix in his younger days. Indeed, it’s progress, and we’ll certainly take it. But he’s got to improve on this and become more consistent before I’m comfortable enough to hand him a permanent spot. If that means more time in 2010 in AAA, then so be it…

40% seems like a lot of bendy stuff.
Is this just a matter of him working a ton on his offspeed in AAA?
Hard work never killed nobody, but I won't take my chances.

Offspeed and control.
I mean his fastball is golden, but it doesn’t mean squat if he can’t locate it and keep hitters off-balanced with other pitches that can also hit their marks.

Speaking of Morrow...
you’d think it wouldn’t be so goddamned hard to find a list of diabetic current major leaguers.
Morrow and Lowe, I know; also found Sam Fuld.
Can’t find anyone else.
