In case y'all didn't read this over on FanGraphs. Props to Graham for getting his work on a legitimate baseball statistics site (har har).

Whoops
The FG article only cited you and I thought you had done the majority of the tRA work, sorry Matthew for shorting you some credit.

So do they still use non-park adjusted wOBA?

At FG, yes.
Dunno why.

Yes, but
I don’t think we’ll ever get rid of a non-park adjusted wOBA. Sometimes it is nice not to park adjust everything. But I’m sure we’ll get a park adjusted wOBA in there eventually. For WAR we definitely do park adjust wRAA.
If both could be included that would be great.

Whoa, the differences are fascinating.
I wondered if the batted ball data would make much of a difference, but I’m guessing the park factors are accounting for the discrepancies. It’ll be interesting to see an overall breakdown between the two factors.
Ubaldo Jimenez and Aaron Cook both gain over 1 full point using FanGraphs’ calculations, while Dan Haren loses around 0.8 or so. Felix is basically unchanged, but many guys seem to have around a 0.3 swing.
I was expecting a much bigger difference in Boston's tRAs.

Yeah, I kind of was too - Jon Lester was one I checked early.
The Colorado thing though…. these are HUGE variances, and it just makes me wonder what park factor fangraphs is using.
