I don't understand
Adam Dunn and Russell Branyan seem like very similar players, but Branyan was a journeyman who no one wanted, and everyone always wants Adam Dunn.

Indeed.
Also, Dunn is a significantly better offensive player than Branyan, but a significantly worse defensive player as well. Not sure how it all balances out.
Dunn’s ability to walk like crazy is their biggest difference.

I guess I'll ask this again. I got to the game at 5:30 on July 24, and I only saw the Indians take batting practice. The M's were already done.
When do the Mariners usually take BP? The gates only open at 5pm, so if they go first you must miss at least half their BP time, no?
Yea, there are usually done by then. It really depends.
I’ve gotten there right when the gates opened and was able to catch the tail end. Hm, I’d be curious to see if they actually stick true to the ad and hold bp at 6 that night.

They opened up the gates in KC three hours early though.
I wouldn’t have a problem with the BP order if they let the crowds in earlier. It’s not like many people show up three hours early anyway. I wish I’d asked GMZ about this instead of hit f/x now.

Lowe AND Aardsma. They’re both cheap too.
Yes. Our Pen is a wreck until Fields, Hill, and Aumont are established.
I see no reason not to hang onto Aardsma until the 2010 season is underway at the very least.
