Isn’t the point to rally the home team? We didn’t really need to rally in the top of the 9th. And if it’s because they’re bored, why are you at a baseball game if you’re bored in the top of the 9th when your team is winning?
Have you seen the segments when they ask people to spell the names of the players?
I think that explains a lot.
I never really liked the old tagline.

God I went to the gym with the 2-0 lead in the 7th.
Come out of the gym and check my phone (I have MLB alerts from espin) and saw that I had 4 new messages from the game. I immediately knew it was bad but what the fuck.

Yeah, a HR ever 10 at bats is nice, very nice, but we need a SS.
That’s a serious hole for the M’s. Are you suggesting Jones for DH? That’s a different story. That would be an upgrade on Griffey and Sweeney, but what about the leadership, the veteran grittiness, the pies, the smiles, the tickles, the hugs, the kisses, and the physics (is that what we’re calling it now)?

There was a guy who wanted to sign him during the offseason
and word around the campfire is that gentleman was pretty handsome.
Whoever that sexy guy was, I was fully with him.
Jones is not a guy you give up on. Not with that track record, and not at that age.
Fortunately, the Rangers are kicking Angel's butts tonight 8-1 top of the 8th.
I think the M’s will be in a good (dis)position to take 3 of 4 from Texas in the coming days.
The Texas won 8-1 and are now in 1st place.
We are 4 1/2 back and our next four games are here with our best pitchers starting. Beats the heck out of our 4th place position 18 games back last year at this time. Today’s loss was tough, but this is a new year.

I didn't see the game
Only occasional updates from a mobile Gameday. For those who saw, how was Aardsma? Was it pretty much just the defense that screwed him over?
