I would love to see this again sometime soon.

There was a sweet article about this...
how the night at the Kingdome inspired all of MLB to do a turn ahead the clock night.
Despite the garish uniforms which resulted, I thought they were awesome and would like to see it again.

I would be interested to see what the new "future" uniforms would look like.
Ugly certainly, but interesting none the less.

They'll be made of steroids

I would rather see the young Griffey before those gross uniforms

Who decides when a team changes their uniforms?
The owner?

If I was in the Mariners marketing department.
I would campaign to change the colors from dark blue and teal to dark blue and dark green. (The same color of Safeco Field).

Note to marketing department: I like the uniforms just the way they are, thankyouverymuch.
I think we had this discussion at Safeco, though, and I seem to be in the minority with this opinion here.

No I like the current uniforms.
I wouldn’t mind bringing back the aquamarine and blue hats back though.

What would you prefer?
I was kind of thinking, the current Mariners font and hat insignia with the retro yellow and blue colors would look pretty cool. I am not a fan of the trident M (I am prepared to get a lot of shit for this).
But I wouldn’t think those colors would match with the safeco field colors, so once again, like I said, replace the teal with dark green, and make a dark green alternate jersey. Like I discussed with Decatur, teal was a color popular with the eighties and early nineties, about the time the Mariners changed their team colors.
