Garrett Olson in these.gifs is sad

First, Bedard is smiling until he sees Olson then he quickly looks away. Then we see Olson pop out right behind Russell and Felix, look Felix right in the eyes and immediately realise that he is a third wheel. Then, after he is ignored by Bedard, Russ. Felix and Beltre even, he attempts to save face by pretending that he was getting a drink all along.

Sad.

On Felix smashing the cup:

“Before the game, Russell Branyan occasionally shows Mariners guests of players’ kids a trick where he smashes a cooler cup and it makes a loud popping sounds. That would likely be the source of Felix’s ecstatic cup smashing as many other players on the team try to imitate Branyan but nobody yet has. "
