It's nice because he talks about how Torii Hunter and Derek Jeter are extremely overrated defensively and how Franklin Gutierrez and Adrian Beltre are excellent.

Hopefully this will help settle an argument I've been having with a couple of guys about Torii Hunter, who they claim is the best defensive center fielder in baseball

I've said it once, I'll say it again.
Kudos to SI for being open to this kind of stuff. I know Joe Sheehan isn’t a lot of people’s favorites, but the fact that a BP guy is getting regular column inches in a magazine like SI is pretty exciting.
They're trying really hard to be a solid alternative to ESPN The Magazine
which means having actual content. Which is nice.
Nice Guys Finish Third - My semantics are a waste of time.
