Not necessarily exclusive -- we're on a 4 man rotation right now, right?
There’s still space for RRS w/o bumping Olson. Cross your fingers!
Chicks dig the long ball.
He should be up sooner than Morrow at any rate

Awesome!
Now let’s hurry up and trade Washburn so he can get into the rotation

More importantly...
What was his clocked fastball speed?

It's somewhat important.
He needs to be around 88 as a starter to be effective in the majors, and he was around 84-86 at one point.

But if he's generating 16% swinging strikes suffice it to say whatever he was throwing was working
It’s hard to imagine him missing that many bats if he was throwing 86.
AAA
he’ll be much less effective if his velocity is still down.

That doesn't mean it's not important.
Low velocity would be a strong indicator that he’s not fully healthy even if he is killing people.
He's not a fireballer but
He still needs to be around where he was last year.
Does anyone know what two pitches RRS has been using in AAA to get guys out? It seems like he striking guys out a lot more than his usual rate?

Yea I saw that
But he could have given runs in other ways as well. I just wasn’t sure if those were the only runs given up
