Never Take Your Eyes Off The Game
Guy at work: What an unbelievable game!
Man in the white polo: Yeah. Yeah.
Guy at work: That overtime was crazy, and then the winner?!? Amazing!
Man in the white polo: Totally.
Guy at work: Of all the good setups and that's the shot that gets through! I'm so glad I stuck with these guys!
Man in the white polo: Yeah no it was pretty cool

That reminds me of the episode of Sports Night
when Isaac revealed that, while he was at the “GIANTS WIN THE PENNANT!” game, he was in the bathroom when the HR happened.

Great reference
That was a drastically underrated show. I have yet to see an Aaron Sorkin product I was disappointed in.

A lot of that show was
but yeah, that’s probably one of my favorite melancholy scenes from any TV show ever.

I honestly teared up.
Goodness I love that show.

I fired it up again a few months ago and forgot about the lame laughtrack it had at first.
But yeah, fantastic show.
This is hilarious but I'm boxing you out of principle

What's he looking at? Was he trying to drown his sorrows in beer?

That's a classic Chicago fan move.
Disappointed in something that makes no sense, he openly expresses his disgust so that everyone knows how much he is suffering.
Who said Obsessive Compulsiveness has to be a disorder?
Way to pick that out. Great find for a bad ending for Vancouver.
One of my favorite highlights of all time
was a few years ago when the Pistons were playing the Nuggets and the Nuggets were inbounding up 3 with like 2 seconds left. Since it was in Detroit, many fans were leaving as Sheed steals the inbounds and hits a 3/4 court shot to send it into OT. On the replays you can see all these people walking up the stairs with their back to the game turning around after the shot goes in, looking around in wonder because they actually do not know what happened. I love it because how the hell do you explain to your friends that you were at the game but you missed a ridiculous shot to send it to OT because you wanted to beat traffic?
Go Nova
This is a hilarious observation
and I am happy to say that I understood it completely on the first viewing.

What is this 'hockey' thing?
I dont think I’ve heard of it before.
It looks a little like baseball except the ball is a disc instead of a sphere, the bat is curved at the end, and everyone pitches to everyone else, along the ground.
It's like baseball but much more entertaining

We're baseball fans!
We only like boring sports.
Boring sports other than soccer. :)

That wasn't a celebration
that was him being upset.

The screen
That was a monster screen. That Blackhawk just camped out in front of Luongo for like, 2 solid seconds.

I have tickets to game 5.
My mother-in-law gave them to me.
I like using semi-colons; they make me feel smart.
