FSU beats OSU 37-6
In an NCAA Regional baseball game.
IN THE POSTSEASON!
37-6!
I've covered plenty of college baseball and while it's common to see high scoring games (though never this high), Florida State and Ohio State are two major conference teams playing in the postseason. FSU is a one seed and OSU is a three seed, there is no way this should be happening.
Kind of reminds me of that 33-3 Texas game last year.
37-6, you've got to be kidding me.
Thoughts?

Ohio State had used all their good arms the day before and in the early game
to avoid elimination. I think they started a kid who had like a 8 ERA in B10 conference play. And that conference doesn’t compare to an opponent like Florida St.

The box score is amazing
The recap also lists all the records broken
One of the OSU pitchers gave up 11 runs on 9 hits in 0.1 IP for a nice crisp ERA of 297. I’m sure his tRA was lower so we should expect him to regress to under 200 soon (a 97 run improvement!).
OSU was down 32-0 before scoring their first run. They were down by a touchdown before the first out of the game (a double play).
