Not a single MLB team wanted Burke on their active roster, and he’s now back on our club instead of Clement. Consider me befuddled.

Disclaimer: I know very little about prospects.

But Moore’s only been in AAA for about five minutes. I know his hitting in AA warranted an earlier promotion, but I still figure he has some stuff to learn before being called up to the big club.

Was at game

at Whatever they Callit Coliseum. Had great seats behind the net. A few notes on this abomination:

1. Travis Buck looks like a Lynard Skynard roadie. FREE BIRRRRDDDDD!!!

2. Jabo looked clueless. I think Joh ran to the mound after the second pitch. Morrow also looked clueless. Stark looked talentless, but had a clue. Lopez looked clueless. Betancourt looked REALLY clueless.

3. Runner tagged out thinking the batter walked — I’ve seen it before. In the dirt lots behind South Mercer JHS.

4. They announced Dot Racing, and then said they had technical difficulties and couldn’t race the circles. First time I’ve seen the Dots hit the DL. They made it back a few innings later, and it was first rate dot racing, with loops and Mario style acceleration strips. White. On the other hand, fuck the hat trick.

5. When you’re getting pounded by Travis Buck and Jack Hannahan, you have really stepped in it.

6. The M’s must have killed. what, 5 or 6 minutes batting in the 8th & 9th. Early dinner reservations across the Bay?

7. Chubbies with sleeve tattoos: check.

8. Remember about 35 games ago when it seemed that Endy Chavez had finally figured it out? Me too.

9. The hats? Blood?

10. Having the second batter of the game bunt — if that was called from the bench, there’s a statement of some kind.
