This was a nice game.
Will Ferrell once said, "Get up you crazy black man, I'm gonna make you drink my piss!"
I just got back from the game.
It was a great game to be at. Very quick, but good. I am glad I got to see a Felix start on such a nice day.
So basically I got field seats at section 142. Before the game started, Aaron Rowand walked up to our aisle to sign some autographs. I got in the crowd, and when he signed my glove, I told him “Good luck against Felix today”. He said thanks man. I thought I got to him after he struck out the first two times, but then he figured Felix out with the two hits later in the game. The strike out by Aardsma was a great end to the game ,though.
I heard Rowand in the postgame
say that there was a guy whose glove he signed that totally got in his head. Weird!
Holy shit no way!
I would like to see the interview of that. Do you know if that was from the Giants or the Mariners coverage?
I was wondering whether the post game interview of Rowand was from the Giants or the Mariners FSN coverage.
I was thinking I could still catch it on TV if it was the Mariners coverage.
I am 110% sure he was making a joke at your expense.

So this was a 5-5 homestand.
All of the wins were 1-run wins, and we scored 31 runs over the 10 games, allowing 40.
This team is basically where I expected it to be- pitching and defense improved, offense, well, not as much. They didn’t punt the homestand (which they could have easily done, considering how much juggling of the rotation they had to do), but they did lose 2 games in the standings to the Rangers and didn’t pick up any ground on the Angels.

I was at the game
so I couldn’t really tell, was Felix using a slider that was 90-91 MPH or a 2-Seam Fastball?
THE FINAL CITY AND MARINERS DOUBLE OF THE SEASON!
A NICE WAY TO END THE SEASON – HOPEFULLY THE MARINERS MAKE THE TIME UNTIL MID AUGUST BEARABLE BY NOT COMPLETELY TANKING – LIKE A BOSS.

Adam Kennedy had another big day.
He keeps delivering for the A’s, and it seems like he does big every day.
That was a left-handed hitting second basemen, who could have been had for cheap.
I just hope he comes back to earth starting tommorow.
I hate to see us getting beat by a guy we not only could have used, but could have had.
