LL Night TONIGHT (Weds)
Wednesday update:
For anyone thinking of coming down, this is still on, although numbers may be low following a few dropouts. Rock up, and assemble in Section 340 around Row 20. If it's as quiet as last night we'll have zero trouble finding each other and can relocate somewhere after maybe.
Anyone who's not posted but fancies coming should head down anyway. You get to grill Eyebrows' split loyalties and mock my ignorance.
See you there.
---- initial post -----
A few weeks ago I selfishly touted the idea of an LL meet when I happen to be in Seattle next week, and the concensus went with this coming Wednesday, 20th May, first pitch @ 7:10pm
Sadly the rotation didn't hold, and we have Chris Jakubauskas vs Joe Saunders (corrected: now Ervin Santana) instead of Felix who's pitching the night before, but to hell with it - I hope we're all still game?*
Given as I've not been to an organised LL gathering before I'm not sure what the protocol for meeting is - would anybody like to suggest something? I'll repost the initial rollcall in a comment, but obviously the more the very merrier - it'd be great to put some LL names to faces.
The first thread was here but it's since been closed to new comments and arrangements hadn't really been concluded I figured to create a new one - apologies if that breaks LL etiquette, but I couldn't find an alternative way to reopen it.

I'll be there in Section 108. If you guys don't visit and the game is boring, I may come up and say hello.

This is wacky.
So I’m going to be in Seattle next week, because that’s just how my schedule works out.
Maybe I’ll show?

Holy shit I'm actually flying in to the city that day
For those who have gone previously is it awkward and a little disappointing to meet posters face to face? Will everyone laugh at my goiter? Would I have to buy two seats if I am hypothetically grotesquely obese?

Meeting you was more like face to stomach.

Up until now I had thought Silva fat jokes were the apex of comedy
but, nay, sir, you have found the ceiling

Really? Cause I didn't find to be all that orginal or funny
But I guess since you like them so much I’ll keep them coming.

I don't know that I'll be able to make it to this particular gathering
For one thing, I have a friend in town, so we’ll be going about my pre-game ritual, which usually involves Pyramid beer gardening and batting practice & Bullpen Pub. For another thing, I’m socially retarded. :(

I'm socially retarded too!
If you come, I’ll come! And I’ll divert attention from you and onto my questionable loyalty to the Angels! Fun for everyone!

I've met Eyebrows and he insists on conversing in Google Images even face to face.
Very disappointing.

Well, Pyramid and the Bullpen Pub are where I'll be
If you see a sort of pudgy gothy/indie rocker chick with a big confused-looking guy, that’ll be me and my high school friend Dave. We haven’t seen each other for 20 years, and the last time we hung out, I was NOT into sports – hence the whole ‘confused’ thing…
Looks like another Jak game, dammit! Oh, will I ever get a Felix? shakes dice

I was just given tickets to the Felix game this morning.
Not sure where the seats are but they are courtesy of my local beer vendor.

I'll be at
the game on the 21st. If you spot a short asian girl with an Ms hat and an Ichiro jersey, you’ve struck gold, my friend. No, I’m not as cocky in person…

I have an IB test the next day that it would be advantageous for me to study for.
Plus schoolnights are generally no go.

Where to sit?
Theiving inspiration from an event last year, seems like the best thing to do is to gather in an unpopulated area to ensure we can find each other once inside.
So, somewhere in the 300s, presumably? Anyone have any location preferences/suggestions? I’m very happy to go with the flow.

A bit offtopic
but I have a spare ticket to tonight’s (Monday) game. I made a comment in the series preview thread here. Leave a comment if you want to claim it.

So is this still happening?
I’ll be there, probably a little early. Are we meeting in the park, or outside, or what?

Still hapening, yep
I’d have posted sooner but flew over yesterday and made it just in time to head down for last night’s game.
I’m good for any plan – as per my comment a few up from this, though, is it easier for most if we congregate around a certain block of seats inside?

Unfortunately I will not be able to attend tonight
I’ll be home with my son, who has come down with a pretty nasty ear infection. I’ll be there in spirit, however. Be sure to pour one out for your homey

I am officially out also. Sorry.
I’ll be there Friday with toot though.

I'll be there in Section 108, Row 26. Left side, if you're looking at the field from the section. I'm on the aisle.
Maybe I’ll see a few of you.
