Isn't that whole thing a bitch?
They took it away for Husky football games last year, as well. Makes things really hard when you don’t have a car!
I'm in Greenlake on the north side so I have to drive now
As if traffic around the safe isn’t bad enough, they do construction AND cut bus service.

As a matter of fact, no, it shall be over after nine completed innings assuming one team is leading at that point and that no
undue circumstance such as rain plus a roof malfunction causes the game to be called before that period has expired.

I don't think him playing OK would count as shocking
by JI on Apr 15, 2009 8:29 PM PDT up reply actions
Have you actually followed him over the last two seasons?
I watched more than a few of his games last year. It was UNBELIEVABLE how terrible, how completely, utterly, toastily DONE he looked.
Patriotism, Pepper, Professionalism
Yeah and he's also 32 and can field
so a bounceback is somewhat likely. It’s not like he’s 39 and coming off a switch to firstbase
by JI on Apr 15, 2009 8:33 PM PDT up reply actions
I was skeptical that he could field.
I read a scouting report from the Spring that he was incredibly overweight and actually fell down chasing a routine flyball. Guess that’s why you don’t put much stock in one report.
HIs URZs the last few years were pretty good
In 2007 he was worth something like three wins despite OPSing .720

Kenji leaves, Washburn sucks
Correlation = causation
I like the pitcher making the tag.
It’s a little more “fuck you” than just tossing it to the bag.
Texas scoring 19 runs against Baltimore
And Baltimore laughs at Texas for not being able to score 30 runs again.
Baltimore thinks "no matter how much you hurt us, you'll never be able to hurt us like you hurt us before."
Patriotism, Pepper, Professionalism
I see absolutely no reason why Endy Chavez cannot hit a first-pitch home run off of Jered Weaver this next inning.
He has Endy Power.

Jackie Robinson Day idea
so what they should do is award one player from each team the “Jackie Robinson Award” or some such, for being a good guy and an ambassador for the sport, etc.
Then, if that guy is still on the team the next year, he gets the privilege of wearing 42 on Jackie Robinson day. No one else gets to wear it.
Could somebody get an Mp3 of Niehauses call for JR?
Considering I don’t have MLB.TV.
Yeah, all of the the Angels have kinda sucked so far this series.

Squeeze bunt!
ahahaha we’re playing good baseball.
let's recap
Last year he bunted on 2 strikes
Last night he kept running after the run scored to win
He ran to 3rd tonight after the timeout
