Pretty soon it's just going to say ST: Day Number 22 or something.
It’s like the Bataan Death March to Opening Day.
Spring Training: Day 22
The last of the food ran out three days ago and we are desperately short on water. Morale is low. We’ve maintained our sanity these past weeks by debating the proper way to pronounce “Jakubauskas” but it wasn’t long before that argument deteriorated into violence. We’ve already eaten the last of the dogs and have been reduced to boiling our shoe leather. Soon we will be left with an impossible choice: Starve to death, or commit the most unconscionable of desperate acts; to eat one of our own. Robert assures us that it would be pointless to eat him as there is no meat on his bones, to which we all agreed. But we must eat something soon or we will die….and I must say Taylor H looks rather tasty at the moment….
