First off, I know I spelled Halladay's name wrong. But WTF, I'm a truck driver.
Let's assume the new management can get the players on the same page and the star plays to his full potential, perhaps seeing his team mates as equals and not barbarians. Let's say he stays at the same hotel and actually socializes with the players. Then...
Now that the batting order is pretty much set, in how many innings will this batting order be able to pressure the opponent and score some runs?
Will it be every inning? Or will it be every 3 innings?
Does the batting order have to wrap around to the top of the order to generate offense?
What's your take?
I'm asking this question of all A.L. teams, except the barbarian part.
The I.D. reflects the Angels pitcher vs. the Toronto pitcher. The Toronto pitcher, IMO is perhaps the best in the game and rumor has it that he'll be available for trade at the July break.
I drive a truck and watch MLB.TV. I watch baseball. I'm stuck in L.A. traffic a whole lot. So I catch a few Angel games. I also drive up to Toronto.
So I'm having a bit of fun. I've been in Phoenix, but spring training hasn't started. Maybe I'll catch a few spring training games.
