Langerhans Returns
Yay! (Jeff's note: looks like I was wrong. Hooray being wrong! Still not sure how Langerhans fits here but I know better than to try to predict this FO.)

Larry Stone is reporting it as true
I guess he’d make a good DH and backup LF. But with that and the Langerhans resigning, Saunders has to be gone, no?
Langerhans isn't actually required to be on the ML roster

Sneaking someone through waivers at the start of the year isn't difficult

Wouldn't someone would pick him up?
He’s one of the better 4th OFer’s out there.
Larry Stone has just reported that the Mariners have traded Carlos Silva to the Cubs
for Milton Bradley
"Source: Mariners will trade Carlos Silva to Cubs for Milton Bradley, may be announced later today"
Not quite, but close enough to be happy

We all know that Stone is not prone to hyperbole
He has written the article in a style that it is done, just hasn’t been announced. He doesn’t use words like “If” this happened, “then” this would be the outcome. He wrote it as if it is a done deal and the offshoots of it being a done deal.
Although, nothing would surprise me.
