And yeah, as you mentioned

when posting a picture always use the preview button and adjust the height/width accordingly. Just because something CAN be 300 pix wide doesn’t mean it needs to be.

I get the Rockies broadcast here in Utah and I would likely adopt them as my NL team if it wasn’t for him. The Rockies lost a fan because George Frazier, that is how bad he is.

A good announcer does help get one into a team. Vin Scully is one of the reasons I started liking the Dodgers. Beltre was another.

Vin Scully is smart and prepared but his delivery on-air is 2 steps removed from Stephen Hawking

I listened to part of the Dodger broadcast on XM radio on the drive home, and he just didn’t interest me. Perhaps you have to have grown up with him or something.

Not bland like many of the other radio guys can be, and his experience shows through in his comments. But something about his voice and the rhythm of the game just kinda leaves me cold.

I have ad-block plus on the site

But on the live feed I’m on, every minute or so i get a pop-up that takes up half the screen. It’s usually a car commercial. Sometimes it’s for toothbruses though and that’s when I feel like I should get with the times and get a curvy mechanical brush so my teeth don’t rot.
