Dustin Pedroia blames Sox loss on the grounds crew
That's gonna make for an uncomfortable 2010. Stay classy, little man.

Well, come on, isn't it obvious?
I mean, Papelbon was throwing all the way back there on the infield…it’s the only possible explanation. :p

1000 groundballs a day?
Sounds like Herschel Walker and his 2,500 sit ups.
Dustin Pedroia made $1.5 million last year.
He is guaranteed to make $40.5 million over the life of his contract, which goes through his age 31 season and most likely his age 32 season as well, so unless he falls off a cliff he is likely due another seven figures in total MLB earnings, not the mention signing bonuses, performance escalators, other incentives, endorsements, etc. Dustin Pedroia has been blessed with good genes, (one would assume) a tremendous work ethic and at least a fair amount of luck
MLB groundskeepers make a good living, the very best making six figures per year. Nothing to sneeze at. The top tier of MLB groundskeepers most certainly benefit from a fair amount of good fortune along the way, but they also typically have advanced degrees in several disciplines and years of experience in their chosen field. Dustin Pedroia makes in one salary-delaying, below-market-rate season more money than most of the groundskeepers he is throwing under the bus will make in their lifetimes.
Dustin Pedroia is a fucking asshole. If you want to blame someone, blame the $6.25 million reliever that thought it wise to throw 23 consecutive fastballs. Blame the you completely one-dimensional DH who was paid $9.2 million more than was justified by his performance. Blame the pitcher that cost $50 million to even negotiate with whose performance was equaled by Chris Jakubauskas.
Fuck you, Dustin Pedroia. You are the reason people hate professional sports. Go fuck a meat grinder you self-important midget.

Good genes? With that hair line?
Completely agree, by the way.

Dear Douchebag,
You’re a tiny little nobody that can’t hit the high inside fastball and only won an MVP award because voters have a raging hard on for east coast teams. Your best attributes are that you are scrappy and your last name is one “u” short of having every vowel of the alphabet. Should you die tomorrow, the only person that will be upset is your mother, and judging by the degree of douchebaggery you seem to excel at, chances are she’ll only be upset that you didn’t have a chance to complete your contract before you passed on. Be happy you ended up good at baseball, because you’re an ugly little shit that would have very likely ended up as a retail store clerk that trolls craigslist for fat, lonely women only to email them the same angry letters when they reject your cigarette shaped head for having a penis that can best be described as “bone chips.”

He is SO off the groundskeepers' Christmas Card lists
Also, any chance they purposely make the area around second base just a liiiiiiiiittle bit worse than the rest of the infield next year? Or perhaps they have more professional integrity than that.
I'm guessing they certainly have more professional integrity
Than Pedroia does.

That just stunted his growth.

I think that was the prenatal alcohol consumption.
