Mariners Sign Mike Sweeney

It's a minor-league contract with an invitation to spring training.
I don't know if Sweeney will stick...but it will be interesting to see if he has any gas left in his tank. I have always liked Sweeney. Just wish we could have pulled this out a few years ago when he was still healthy and could hit.
