Why not start Batista?

I mean, he’s not good, but he probably has a better shot at going 5+ than Cesar or whoever else is down in the bullpen. Unless I missed something and he’s injured too.

Hernandez hit three batters, allowed a season-high tying six earned runs and walked four.

“It was a horrible night for me,” Hernandez said. “I hit three batters; I’ve never been like this.”

How bad was it for Hernandez? He hit Young in the fourth inning on a pitch that was supposed to be outside.

“A horrible night,” he repeated.

I sure wish defense played in to Win Expectancy

Because Raul’s butchering of the double in the first inning cost Felix two runs.

Also, Tuiasosopo looked horrible in the field last night. I’m gonna lose my mind if it is him and Yuni on the left side of our infield on Opening Day next year.
