Dickish fanpost about another site that involves you.
So MC is having an informal meet ant greet. I'm posting info below, as we'd love to have a few crossover members attend, as well as some people I've grown fond of having been on your site for a while now.
Here you go:
We're meeting at the game on the 26th of September (FEAR NOT-- IF YOU CANNOT MAKE THE GAME, WE ARE ALSO PLANNING TO MEET BEFORE OR AFTER - I WILL UPDATE AS WE GET MORE PUBLIC INFO). There will be a handful of us at the game, but I would love to have some regular posters here come by as well. Gomez, PosPaul, dpseadv, Robert, Matthew, Jeff, Churchill, and ALL others, I'm talking to you. We're thinking like the Pyramid Alehouse or somewhere near the stadium might be the best place to gather. Any thoughts or questions or suggestions are invited. Fuck it. I have ways to block phone bullshit. Here's my number for said questions or hell yeses: 206-909-1322.
Anyone interested in meeting the MC crew?

If the house deal dies again, I'll try to go...
…otherwise I have to start packing like a MOFO.
(and it’s Bar Mitzvah, and I’m not Jewish)

Yes, I agree.
Especially if it involves slow dancing with Drew Barrymore.

And $10,000+ in cash gifts.
The $20 I gave my friend when he turned 13 was sad in comparison of what he hauled in.
Next Friday?
Yeah, I can do that. Just say where.
(FWIW Pyramind is a madhouse and there may be better pre/post-game meetup venues. Depends on whether people want to eat/drink copiously)
You may be right, but lately they've been doing outdoor stuff in their parking lot.
I’m just looking for a place that can handle however many people we end up with. Glad you might attend!
If this were golf, the Mariners would be winning.
I could use a game before the season is over. Thanks for the invite.
It’s hard for me to hate the team and think about the FO and blah blah blah while I’m actually at the game. I’m too busy cheering every two minutes and trying to start a wave. I keed I keed.
"Sorry I hit you in the helmet Hank, I meant to hit you in the neck." Stan Williams to Hank Aaron.
don't forget all that time spent watching the hydro races and the hidden ball trick.
that takes a lot of energy.

HAHAHA
I just now got that. BTW — I slightly tweaked your LLWiki page. Thought you’d enjoy the little edit :-)
Actually — those who attended one of the early LL meetups at Safeco should get my “Yello….ow” comment above…
