Ryan Rowland-Smith blogs about getting called back up to the Bigs...
Ryan Rowland-Smith just posted a fantastic new blog where he talks about what he went through when he got sent down, how excited he is to get the call back up to the Bigs and answers a bunch of fan questions (love that he says he called a store about getting his jersey in the Mariners store):

Positive Paul, to answer your question: Yes I throw a circle change, stock standard, straight changeup, and get that camera outta my face, you made me feel like one of those idiot Hilton sisters! Haha I’m joking, didn’t even notice it, but send me my pics!Wait… “Hilton sisters”?

You could give credit to two people.
PositivePaul gets the first usage on LL for “Hyphen” in this comment. He also used it repeatedly before anyone else did.
An honorable mention in this case goes to PaytheLine, for calling Ryan “Rowland-Hyphen” in this comment made over a month before Paul’s.
I’m willing to give Paul the honors, however, because PTL only said it once, and not in the form we use today.
