Ryan Rowland-Smith just posted a fantastic new blog where he talks about the transition to starting and how he stays in shape between starts (really interesting actually), his mullet(!), pitching in Yankees Stadium, and answers a bunch of fan questions:

Hyphen's mom for pitching coach!
Robin mentioned my mum watching the games back home: Yes, she loves watching the games. Then she loves to advise me and criticize me on pitch selection. She is very knowledgeable. I know she is reading this, but Mum you’re not the GM and pitching is harder than it looks! Just joking, it’s great to have her watch every pitch I throw.
