According to Josh Kalk's PITCHf/x data (for which the information is a few days old), Jeff Clement has seen 37 changeups and swung through ten of them, while Jorge Campillo has thrown 87 changeups to lefties and gotten them to miss 18 of them. It's not hard to tell why, either; just look at this location. There's barely anything to hit. It's perfect.
So, yeah, considering the change is Campillo's big weapon against left-handed bats, this matchup may not be Clement's cup of tea. If he plays. I haven't yet determined how much I hate Jim Riggleman. hey neat

I remember the cartoons I grew up with being extraordinarily awesome, but I wasn’t sure if it was just my nostalgic memories playing tricks on me.
No. Not even close.
I had Animaniacs, Tiny Toons, Ren & Stimpy, TMNT He-Man, G.I. Joe, the list goes on and on and on. Nothing today can touch that shit.

I own the season 1 DVDs and its so atrociously bad. The plot holes and stupidity in the first 3 episodes alone are mind boggling.
Also I prefer the OG Ninja Turtles comics to the 1980s cartoon. I hated how they dumbed it down and took out all the violence and blood.

I mean relative to the typical 2008 Mariners bench we've seen all season.
I still have some faith in Joh. And Reed can pinch-hit against a righty or come in to play some good defense. And Vidro’s switch-hitting has some value.
I was kind of kidding, but in all seriousness, this bench is better than we’re used to.
I'm not convinced Jose Vidro would start for LSU.

In fact I just watched a program last night talking about how proud Native Americans (Indians) were of their Tomahawks. Most of them refused to have their pictures taken without them, and would pass them down from generation to generation. Probably the best combination of on field gameplay and simulation
for a long time. I still think most modern console baseball games are nowhere close to it in terms of depth and accuracy.

the minors thing was not that great in FPS. But I don’t think anyone copied it until High Heat baseball like 3 years later.
Then MVP added the option to actually play the minor league games, albeit the rosters seemed crappier than the HH minor league rosters.

for more crazy info on how they spliced shit together. I think they only went crazy with the splicing for MMPR and used the source material more closely for later seasons.

That shit is ridiculous. For every action one of your party members get, each monster gets an action.
I didn't really think FFIV hardtype was that hard at all.
It was just more in line with what I expected from an FF game. Keep in mind I’m a ridiculously thorough, over-levelling kind of guy. There were a couple battles at the end that were insane (Ogopogo, for instance), but it was pretty doable provided you knew the right weapons to equip your party with.
Man, what a great fucking game FFIV/II was.
