Edinson Volquez was allowed to throw 118 pitches today in 7 innings as the Reds smashed the Cubs 9-0. Oh and he did it on 4 days rest. Volquez did strike out 10 though.

Why does this bother anyone?
I’d love to hate the White Sox and Ozzie Guillen more than I already do, but how this could offend anyone is beyond me. And I say that as someone who tends to agree with feminist thought. Granted, I tend to agree with third-wave feminist (or “post-feminist”) thought, but still.
It offends me in that it's really dumb
but otherwise, meh
