Braves Acquire Anti-Virus

PrintATLANTA -- The Atlanta Braves and Seattle Mariners made a trade today, as Atlanta has acquired switch-hitting infielder Greg Norton in exchange for a player to be named later or cash considerations.
I can't be the only one a bit surprised that a National League team would take on Norty. Outside of old man and DH the only position he's suited to play, and the one that just so happens to also take place on the infield, is first base.

You guys realize Derrick Turnbow was DFA'd by the Brewers
I guess I’m a little surprised just cause he still racks up a lot of K’s even though he can’t control the ball at all. Maybe a Morrow worst case scenerio. I would guess he’ll probably end up helping some team’s bullpen out.
I'm kinda surprised too
sure he has a lot of walks but he’s still throwing hard and striking guys out. You’d figure that would be better than most mop up guys teams have in their bullpen.
