Do the Mariners employ a Nutritionist?

or a Diet Management Consultant, or whatever they are called?  Seriously, can we start chaining Yuni to his hotel bed when he's not at the park?

After learning how Spiezio was allowed to eat during his burn through Seattle, you'd think mgmt would have a guy on this.

"Yuni - un empanada, si.  Mas empanadas, no bueno".

They could at least get Vidro on the reduced-fat hot dogs.  The Kosher American ones are actually not bad.

It's almost as if they have no clue how to run a successful baseball team.

They employ a team chef

Mariners All Access did a segment on Chef Jeremy and all the personalized sandwiches he makes for everybody. Not exactly a trough of fat but not super-healthy fare. Stuff like tenderloin, cheddar and avocado sandwiches.

Vidro's favourite

Seriously though…this whole personalised sandwich thing sounds like a bad idea when you have the likes of Vidro and Silva in the clubhouse. Get them on cabbage soup, pronto.

Full story here. Nothing to do with me though, I’m ashamed (relieved?) to say.
