5/18: Open Game Thread
San Diego Padres at Seattle Mariners, May 18, 2008 1:10 PM PDT
No, Felix. Not this time. You have to earn your sunshine and lollipops.
Shawn Estes makes me think of Russ Ortiz. Russ Ortiz makes me think of Chris Brock. Chris Brock makes me think of Mark Gardner. Mark Gardner makes me think of William Van Landingham. William Van Landingham makes me think of Kirk Rueter. Kirk Rueter makes me think of ears.

Huge game for the Flyers
in a half hour or so. We get Timmonen back and if we can win Coburn will be back for Game 6.
Go Nova
It's part blood clot and part Philly curse.
When I heard he was out I couldn’t believe it. Who misses most of the ECF because of something that happened 2 games ago and he didn’t even miss a game in the semis…
Go Nova
Sean Estes makes me think of visiting Hawaii in 1995
I bought a video game magazine to read on the flight back to Seattle, and in that issue they (for some reason) had an interview with Estes. I remember being upset that this player who was clearly a star had been drafted by the Mariners but was now a Giant.

Yeah but that can happen anytime
I expect something like that to happen to me next year.
Hopefully I won’t get Rodney King’d

God tomorrow's gonna be awesome
although I don’t know much about what’s going to happen in One Tree Hill.

I need 2 TVs.
One Tree Hill should be interesting, although the best parts were in the early seasons when they were actually in high school and playing basketball. Now it’s too much of real life, but it’s still good. And I’ll follow House by listening to you guys
Go Nova
Yes it will be.
It be made of pure epic awesome.
Series ends today
I never thought I’d watch Game 5 of a NHL series over Game 7 of a NBA series, but I guess that’s what David Stern and Clay Bennett do for you.
Haha there is a God.
There’s a bug going through the Penguins lockerroom
Hopefully it’s lupus
Go Nova
But they have Mario Lemieux!
