Including Bonuses: Better fielder than hitter +30 and Good clubhouse guy +20
His raw score = 410.6…
EqGRIT = 0.308
variables need to be added that increase EqGRIT for white players, short players, and even more when they are combined.

It’s been around for a long time and, I feel, has held up really well. No reason to replace it with this fancy schmancy EqGRIT stuff.
