Could you quit with the Rays crap?

We get it – you like the way their team is put together, and they have some great young talent.

This is a Mariners blog though and I don’t see many other SBN editors posting praise for other clubs. It’s not funny or anything either.

I’m just saying, drama isn’t welcomed by the type of guys we have here. Just like you wouldn’t say that sort of thing to your buddies across the table from you at your local pub.

And it’s just sort of a local joke. We have more confidence in the Rays than Rays fans. We have nothing to be happy about with our own team.

I didn’t blow it up to such proportions, everyone who jumped down my throat for not being interested in the Rays praise did.

I even qualified it by saying that came off too harsh, I just meant I’d rather this stuff be reserved for diaries.

I wasn’t implying the blog sucks or anything hyperbolic like that. Since it is so offensive to disparage the Rays support everybody – IM SORRY!! :) haha

I don’t have a problem with disagreement. What I have a problem with is that everyone else seems to have a problem with disagreement.

I’d rather it be focused on Felix day. Solely. You wouldn’t, that’s fine. It’s your call, I was just throwing my opinion in – which shouldn’t be trounced on. Not that it really matters since the main person doing the trouncing can’t articulate himself without using ad hominim attacks (cough Grahmn cough)

It's not that he's smart

intelligence is relative to how you use it…..
He can be extremely smart in bioengineering or whatever, but that doesn’t make him better then someone that is smarter in other aspects of life.

Guys that flaunt their intelligence usually end up dead at some point because “idiots” as he often puts it have a very short fuse…. ala Virgina Tech and many other schools.

I personally have no problem with Graham now that I understand what he’s about, he’s smarter then me… no problem.. I live a pretty darn good life as it is so I’m fine with that.

but idiots very rarely go with the cunning plans, and just go with what will get them the results they’re looking for.

you don’t have to be too cunning to find out where he’s going to be at some point in time and show up at the same time. Granted that he’s not in the US helps his cause.
