Boxscores
So just finished looking at yesterdays boxscore's, and the single greatest thing I saw was the following which totally made my morning.
| c-Snelling, PH | 1 | 1 | 1 | 1 | 0 | 0 | 0 | .500 |
HR: Snelling (1, 9th inning off Valverde, 0 on, 0 out), Random fact of the day: In 1963, baseball pitcher Gaylord Perry remarked, "They'll put a man on the moon before I hit a home run." On July 20, 1969, a few hours after Neil Armstrong set foot on the moon, Gaylord Perry hit his first of six home runs.

Their announcers really make me appreciate ours..
You know… when we had good ones.

Any mention of announcers gives me an excuse to mock Hawk Harrelson.
Even when he’s excitable, he’s dead. And DJ is….dead? Comatose? Taking a beer break? So yeah, I’ll take Neihaus and Sims/Blowers any day.
Nice Guys Finish Third - Hopelessly lost, but makin' good time.

Kevin Calabro is the greatest announcer in history on a per sport basis.

I'm a huge fan of Harry Kallas.
But the rest of their announcers suck. Harry was the voice I listened to on the radio every night growing up and even though he’s getting a little senile he’s one of the coolest guys you’ll ever meet. He shows more heart than a lot of players some times.
