I make Slampig looks like Ricky Henderson in his prime.
Today was fun
however, between playing ball and going to the game afterwards (no shade for half the game...), i'm believe i got burnt a little. wow, sunburn in seattle?!?! in april?!?!?!
we gotta do this again, fellows!
Time to get excited about baseball again!

I am sore as all hell
To wit, though, I walked 4.4 miles home from work Friday evening, in part as a warm-up for the game, so there was also that.
We've got to put our heads together and get another softball day planned.
That sounds about right
I've really been able to feel my legs while walking up and down stairs today.
And while my head and arms are sore, it doesn't hurt as much as I was expecting.
We absolutely need to have another game before too long.
