The Basics of a Good Swing
Last time out I felt confident that a bunch of baseball fans would have fairly good swings. For the most part, it was fairly true with only a *cough*Robert*cough* few *coughcough*Robert*coughcough* looking absolutely pathetic *coughcough*RobertgoddamnitRobert*coughcough* at the plate. Because of this, I think it makes sense for those who want help on their swing (and I remember a few people wanting to work on it) to read this article. I skimmed a few tonight and this one looked like the best. I just really want people to be hitting the ball well out there, it'll be more fun for everyone if everyone can at least hit the ball on a line.
Now that I've pulled this asshole move of posting hitting instruction I'll probably go 0-12....oh well...
