Maximizing the Utility of 2.0

The Recommended Fan Posts feature seems wasted... especially if it's just a section for a couple of old posts that used to be important. Why not reserve that section for Upcoming LL Events. That way organizing and RSVP Diaries don't need to be bumped, and we can get an earlier start on planning our baseball/softball/stickball/whiffleball games.

Sounds like a good idea

Absolutely no clue how it could be implemented given the current structure of these things, but sounds like a good idea.

The next time somebody puts up an event

lots of people should immediately recommend it so that it goes up there. I'm heading to seattle in a couple weeks, I was going to post about it anyway, I'll go create a diary (can't call it a fanpost, I'm not there yet) here in a second and we can give it a shot.

Jeez guys

isn't someone going to call me an asshole or something?! Ever since I quit packing roofies, I'm not used to getting this much unanimous consent.

"M's/Angels - April 12th"

is the name of PDB's new diary. Go click on it and hit the "recommend button" up top. We'll get that MOFO into the recommended section by gum.

On a side note

Minor League Wrap-Ups will start going up the night of April 3rd (this Thursday).

Know when people say, "Prepare to be wowed."? Yeah, well, expect the opposite of that.

Do not prepare to be unimpressed?

I can do this. I'm good at not preparing for things.

But if technology works in my favor...

You might even have game photos from Cheney available before the game is even over with. Or shortly thereafter.

Whatever happened to our required facts

to get past the 300 word limit? Those use to be good. Too bad they disappeared.
