Is it too early to start rosterbating?
I guess by rosterbating this early...might cause me to go blind.
What are your Non-Griffey rosters beginning to look like?

Here's mine...although both trades require some late night binge drinking on the other side's part..but here's hoping to a little bit of Z Magic
Trade #1 Adrian Beltre to Boston for Coco Crisp and Justin Masterson
Trade #2 Jarrod Washburn, Jose Lopez, Rob Johnson to Milwaukee for JJ Hardy, Corey Hart and Brad Nelson
Trade #3 Carlos Silva to NY Mets for anything they are willing to give us
Sign:Joe Crede
24-man roster
C Johjima, Clement
1B Nelson 2B Betancourt SS Hardy 3B Crede
LF Hart CF Crisp RF Ichiro
Bench: Hulett, LaHair, Reed, Balentin
SP Hernandez, Bedard, RRS,Morrow, Masterson
RP Jiminez, J. Thomas, Lowe, Corcoran, Green, Putz
Thoughts? Changes? Your take?

I want to trade Mike Morse for Dracula.
Screw you, Mariners. I'm back in football's loving arms. *edit: well, shit. This isn't going well.

And here we go...
Both of them suck, but one of them is terrifying to opposing pitchers.
Dracula is a huge bat.
He can fly around the bases.
Perfect for night games/doesn’t require a seat on the plane.
Finally some work for our Transylvanian scout.
Dude, he’s a fuckin’ vampire.
Screw you, Mariners. I'm back in football's loving arms. *edit: well, shit. This isn't going well.

You forgot to sign John Mabry out of retirement as a bench bat

Wait-- does this mean we're sending Silva to New York in a covered wagon? Because I'm down with that.

You have killed Carlos Silva.
Carlos Silva contains 999lbs of meat. You are able to carry 99lbs of meat. 900lbs of meat is wasted. Jarrod Washburn dies of snakebite.
Hard work never killed nobody, but I won't take my chances.

I remember one time, while playing the Oregon Trail, that somebody broke both legs and both arms.

To get across rivers..
Float the wagon and oxen on Silva’s dead carcass after he dies, like a huge raft.

That 2nd trade is retarded.
Please edit your post so that future viewers do not become bumbling idiots.
Also…sign Beltre to an extension. The M’s have the money and signing underrated players to good contracts is never a bad move. He probably doesn’t want to stay here but just pay him what he wants. You already did it once.

Also
Boston does not need a 3B. Try again.
One thing I do agree with is there is nothing wrong with signing Joe Crede.

A Rule For Rosterbation
If a trade you make up doesn’t make you uncomfortable, then it’s probably one-sided.
Trade #2 Jarrod Washburn, Jose Lopez, Rob Johnson to Milwaukee for JJ Hardy, Corey Hart and Brad Nelson
The only real loss we’d have there is Jose Lopez. In exchange, we’re getting a premier SS, a good OFer, and a first baseman.
tkballer22 – Keep adding talent that the Mariners would have to give up until you realize that, shit, maybe you wouldn’t want to make that trade after all. That’s the moment when the trade becomes reasonably fair.
And don’t rosterbate on LL.

Where did this joke come from?
All I can find is some “Blog of Champions” that mentioned it.

Someone spammed a game thread with a link to the worst fan-run sports blog ever.
Unfortunately this was the only good joke we could pull from it before the mods killed the fun.
