Howdy -

My rent is going up again, so I think it is time to leave. I don't pay much now, but this place isn't very good, so I'd like to go elsewhere. I was hoping I could get a few opinions/gather some knowledge from you guys before I start narrowing down my search. Preferably it would be close to UW, no more north than Maple Leaf and no more South than Eastlake. Currently I live very close to Shoreline and it's a little further away than I'd like it to be. The only requirements:

1. Must accept dogs
   
2. Must have a washer and dryer in the apartment
   
3. Must not cost more than 1000, preferably no more than 800 for 1 bedroom and 900 for two, though I can give and take a little on those depending on the quality.

So I'm asking you what you know. Anything you know available? Any opinions of you have of apartments in those areas? Any friends needing to rent their condo to a dog owner? Any thoughts? Opinions? Hopes? DREAMS? Anything. I'd appreciate it.
