Since this is a Mariners Baseball blog foremost, the topic is Mariners Baseball. It's courtesy to post something not directly related to mariners Baseball as off topic.

However you make a good point as well. I'll give it some thought then maybe post my next entry thinking about it.

At no point did this website establish an infallible track record of on-topic diaries. The fifth diary in site history was about Super Bowl commercials.

Seems to me...

...that if it's a diary, it's on a topic that may or may not be mariners-or-LL specific, so in a way they're all off topic. Not that it matters, it's just something I've been noticing lately.
