Is Robert Rohrbaugh the answer?

Can someone please inform me why he isn't receiving higher consideration as a Ho replacement? He's held down a 2.77 ERA since being called up to Tacoma from AA, aided by back to back complete game shutouts in his last two starts. Dudes got a 2.26 K:BB and a 2.44BB/9 in AAA. Career stats are in line with what the numbers he's been putting up recently. He's only 23 (turns 24 in Dec). He's an extreme flyball pitcher, but I have to think he'd be better than HoBag.

Why aren't more people on this bandwagon? What am I missing here?
