USSM/LL Night in Tacoma Roll Call

I'm curious about who's going to be in attendance tomorrow night at Tacoma.

Jeff, Dave, and Balentien will be there. Will you?

Inserted to add more characters to this post: Looking at the Rainiers' website, it appears that there'll be $1 beers in the beer garden during the game. Whoo. Also, the Rainiers will also be playing Rick Ankiel's team, the hated Memphis Redbirds.

Troy Cate and Ryan Christianson are Redbirds.
Christianson appears to be hurt, though. :(

Yep
Barring disaster or some other unforeseen events, I'll be there for both Tacoma and Everett.

I may be there..not a part of the group
since I wasn't sure if I was going earlier..but I will be partaking in the $1 beer and what not...and be heckling from the RF cheap seats
I fucking hate you Mariners

I'm in as well
And $1 beer night, coupled with getting a ride from someone else, sounds like a recipe for awesomeness

I'm gonna be there
With my lady friend, who has grown into a pretty big fan herself! I'm pretty stoked Jones will still be with the team, it looks like.

Game thread's gonna be dead tonight!
For those of us who live in, say, a completely different state.

by Slozbury Stouvre on Aug 1, 2007 3:55 PM PDT reply actions   0 recs

uhhh why?
LL meetup is Thur/Fri and there's no MLB game Thur anyways.

So just Friday will be dead.

Oh, I thought it was tonight.
Nevermind!

I'll be at the Aquasox game on Thursday.
Unfortunately, it is in Vancouver BC.

Then on Friday, I should theoretically be leaving the continent, so...

Booooo
I had a gift for you, too.

by Jeff Sullivan on Aug 1, 2007 11:07 PM PDT up reply actions   0 recs

You did?
Please don't make me feel even worse about this.  Timing just sort of sucked for this whole escapade.  At least I made the Aquasox win by showing up to their game, does that count?

I'd like to go
but I doubt I'll be able too. The misfortunes of being 16 and not having your own car.

I can't be there either
since I don't get back into Seattle until Friday night. Pursuant to that, and the fact that there's no Seattle event, how about LL Night Saturday at a Seattle area bar?

We all want to see Adam Jones play and the Red Sox lose, but the game is essentially sold out. Solution: sports bar. Where two of LL's greatest passions come together in a fit of Red Rally Dance awesomeness.

Thoughts?

If there's interest, we'd need suggestions for good bars. Ideal place would be:
-not too crowded
-have good beer
-have good TVs
-preferably somewhat tolerable to GTE.

really too bad you don't turn 21
until after football season ends.

well, I'm sure something can be worked out at non-commercial venues for seahawk season

and do a Live-Blog of the event

So can I..
but I kinda hate my phone... The PPC 6700 is the iPhone's autistic brother. While it may be a better phone technology wise, it looks and acts so retarded that it doesn't really matter.

I'll be there.
I've got my ticket and I owe Dave and Jeff Charity money since I didn't sign up and pay full price for the event.  I'll miss the Q&A (I get off at 5:30) but I'll probably be there by game time.  I still am unclear as to where we're all sitting though, so once someone finds out, send me a text message or call me...I don't want to miss this.  (206) 617-3642

Also
Etown wants to stop by the event tonight and is wondering if it would be ok if he just showed up. Tacoma games don't sell out do they?

Just so everyone knows I am fat and I suck at life. Don't know why I decided to tell everyone that.

You're not an Angels fan,
therefore, you do not suck at life.

As for the fat thing, well, I've never met ya!
